What works for someone else may not work for you, and I’m here to provide you with accurate, proven research to inform your nutritional decisions.

But I’m not going to give you another cookie-cutter-plan you can get from the internet! We are going to dig down and set goals that actually align with your core beliefs and personal values. We’ll talk about roadblocks and pitfalls you’ve hit in the past, and what feels like success to you so you can find results in a plan that has been made for you – on a soul level.
