MY STORY
I'm a Registered Dietitian and Mind-Body Wellness Practitioner. I help clients understand the interconnected relationship between food, health and mental resilience.
As a mother of three, I know first-hand the struggle of balancing home and work-life, never-ending responsibilities and overwhelming mental loads. It seems that no matter who you talk to, we are all seeing increasing societal demands, worsening stress, and increases in detrimental health conditions such as heart disease and high blood pressure. Health and nutrition is just one aspect of healing. Stress and emotional/mental wellness is just as important to address. And I've experienced this first-hand.
My struggles with digestive health concerns continued for almost two-decades with minimal changes through addressing diet alone. I know what it’s like to visit an endless rabbit trail of specialists without answers or resolution. It was not until I addressed the connection between my mind, body and spirit that I saw positive, full-body improvements. Through uncovering limiting beliefs and my default behaviours, in addition to using healing foods and mindfulness, I have seen drastic transformation.
